一、概述
SZ系列錐形雙螺桿擠出機齒輪箱是與錐形雙螺桿塑料擠出機配套的專用傳動裝置。該齒輪箱由減速箱與分配箱兩部份組成，可將電機動力經減速增扭后，輸出至分配箱，再通過分配箱一對1：1傳動比的小錐角螺旋齒輪，驅動雙出軸（兩軸夾角與兩螺桿夾角相同），帶動螺桿以異向外旋的方式運轉。
SZ Serial Gearbox for Conical Twin-Screw Rod Extruder is a special driving unit matched with conical twin-screw rod extruder.it consists of two parts,namely,the reduction box and the distribution box.After reducing speed and increasing torque of the motor,it outputs the motive power to the distribution box,then drives the double output sharts(the included angle is the same with that of twin-screw rods) via a pair of small conical spiral gears with driving ratio of 1:1,thus to drive screw rods to totate outward with different direction.

1、齒輪箱齒輪采用漸開線圓柱齒輪，其參數、結構經過計算機優化設計。
2、減速箱齒輪材料采用優質高強度低碳合金鋼，經滲碳、淬火處理，采用磨齒工藝，齒面硬度高，承載能力大，噪音小，運轉平穩，傳動效率高。
3、分配箱箱體材料為球鐵，齒輪為磨齒高強度齒輪，內部布有蛇形冷卻水管。
4、齒輪箱輸入最高轉速一般不大于1500r/min.
5、工作環境溫度－10－+40℃，當環境溫度低于0℃時，啟動前潤滑油應加熱到+10℃。

2、the gears are made of top-quality high-strength low carbon alloy steel arter carbon penetrating,quench and teeth grinding.It has high hardness on teeth surface,large bearing ability,small noise,smooth operation and high driving efficiency.
3、The material of the distribution box is nodular graphite casting iron and the gears have high-strength ground teeth.in which snake-shaped cooling water pipes are distribubted.
4、the maxmum input speed of the gearbox is normally not larger than 1500 rpm.
5、The temperature in work enviroment is -10℃～-45℃.When temperature is lower than 0℃,the lubticant oil should be preheated to +10℃ before starting.

訂貨須知
1、齒輪箱所用潤滑油牌號N220-N320中級壓齒輪油。
2、齒輪箱及分配箱采用循環水冷卻，冷卻水溫度不高于30度。
3、兩箱體應安裝于同高度的平面上，分配箱的長軸外花鍵插入齒輪箱輸出軸花鍵孔時，在地腳螺母松開的情況下，檢查兩箱體底面與安裝平面間間隙，必要時作適當調整，保證齒輪箱輸出軸與分配箱長軸同軸。安裝完畢后，手動檢查，要求各部件間轉動靈活，無卡滯現象。
4、螺桿與分配箱輸出花鍵軸同軸度直接影響分配箱齒輪及軸承壽命的長短，安裝時應拆下花鍵套用百分表檢查花鍵軸的徑跳，用塞尺檢查螺桿與分配箱花鍵軸端面間接觸是否良好，消除誤差。
5、在運作過程中，如出現局部軸承部位過熱，或有異常噪音，應停機檢查，排出故障后方可運行。
